PPE DONATIONS IN ANTIGUA
The Great House Antigua provides PPE donations to local charities and groups across the island in the fight against COVID-19.
The Great House Antigua have donated an assortment of PPE items to key charities and organisations to help protect those in need against the horrors of COVID-19.
The hotel owners have been manufacturing PPE through the COVID-19 pandemic, working closely with British and European key sectors and hospitals. The production of 80% hand sanitiser, one of the few tested against viruses and COVID-19 in particular, has been primarily distributed to the NHS across the country.

The shipment of hand sanitiser, masks and shields arrived on the island at the start of September and has seen presentations taken place at the hotel with key groups.
Items have been given to St John's Hospice and Sickle Cell, both charities who have been working tirelessly to protect those in medical need across the island. St George's Parish was also provided with donations, which they are distributing to the most needy and at risk across the parish. The Lions Club have been carrying out essential work through the crisis, providing PPE and goods to those in need. Finally The Great House Antigua provided PPE donations to the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force. The force is the leading protection on the island and has worked tirelessly through the outbreak to keep the island safe.

The Great House Antigua team are proud to support such worthwhile groups and charities who continue to work tirelessly to protect those in need.
Keep safe and we look forward to seeing you when our hotel reopens in October 2020. We have introduced significant safety measures to keep all staff and guests safe during their stay, enabling you to truly enjoy the beauty of The Great House Antigua.
See you soon.
Warmest Regards,
The Great House Team
