The Online (free) Class Schedule

Remember how expensive gyms use to be? Well no more with these Instagram live online exercise classes!!

We've put together a weekly schedule of our favourite online classes. All of these amazing instructors are working hard to produce new classes each week to keep everyone in isolation entertained and healthy. We believe the best way to rid yourself of stress is through the endorphins received from exercise.

We hope you enjoy them as much as we did. If you have any of your own recommendations let us know.

Monday

Let's start the week off with an amazing stretch taught to us by  Steph Elswood. Relieve any tension, breathe out any negativity and embrace the week ahead. Steph calls them Mindful Mondays and after doing the stretch ourselves we couldn't think of a more fitting name for it. If you haven't already followed Steph Elswood make sure you do now as she's cheering us up every day with her isolation videos.

Tuesday

Increasing that intensity slightly and moving into a choice of different workouts on Dame Jessica Ennis Hill Instagram page. The former Olympian has posted the workouts she does at home for anyone to try, any time. It may sound like a daunting task keeping up with an olympian but she offers a low-impact approach while making sure you feel fully invigorated.

Wednesday

Wow nearly back to the weekend. You've smashed the week so far, so let's smash a workout too! Release those endorphins with one of Zanna Van Dijk's Cardio workouts. To suit us at home they are no equipment, sometimes throwing in a bottle of wine as a weight (which you're more than welcome to drink after, I mean isn't Wednesday the new Friday?)

Thursday

This is a fun one. Join Maeve Madden, our amazing Irish Queen on her Active Rest- Mobility workout. Everyday Maeve goes live on Instagram with all different types of workouts. This is one of our favourites and a great way to start your Thursday. The best part of doing it with Maeve is you'll get a lot of comedy along the way.

Friday

Friday is "free choice day". Whatever type of exercise you want to do you can do with Meggan Grubbs home workouts. She's got booty workouts to sofa workouts. We can assure you whichever one you do will leave you sweaty and wanting more.

Saturday

Saturday Abs Attack to start the weekend right with Lottie Daisy Francis. This girl is smashing her time in isolation, with positive vibes and 3 workout classes a week. If you've only got time for one, make sure its the abs attack, it'll make you feel amazing.

Sunday

Finish off the week with a killer legs workout by Stefanie Moir. Available on her Instagram feed, when you see the make sure you save them for your Sunday workout. These creative and energetic workouts are the perfect thing to do on a Sunday morning.
